How is the shipping price calculated?
Good news! Shipping is free with Olva Courier. You have the option of shipping to another Olva agency or to your home.
If you want a scheduled shipment, an amount is added depending on the destination.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free via Olva courier. Delivery to Lima may take 2 to 4 days.
For provinces, between 2 and 6 days. *Factors that apply to shipping time: Custom engraving, distance, and purchase date.
Are the products imported?
Proud to be a Peruvian brand, with work done by master craftsmen who exude effort and dedication.
How do I care for my products?
It depends on the raw material. If the accessory is genuine leather, we have care and cleaning products.
If it is vegan leather (polyurethane) you only need our ULTRA sponge and antimicrobial gel, avoid moisture and dust.
You can apply generic silicone for leather.
Do the products have a warranty?
Yes, free up to 30 days after purchase. The warranty does not cover issues due to excess weight or cleaning methods. *Ask about care instructions before purchase.
How can I make the payment?
We have 3 options:
1. You can do it through this website. We accept all major credit and debit cards in the country. Up to 3 or 6 interest-free installments with BCP, BBVA, and DINNERS.
2. You can also make payments through Mercado Pago with a link through our WhatsApp or Instagram.
3. By BCP transfer.
Can I request a refund?
We offer these options: 1. Exchange of a product subject to availability of the same model due to a defect. 2. Exchange of a product for another model for the same price*. 3. Reserve the amount for the purchase of a new collection.
Remember that you can request our guarantee.
We do not offer refunds at this time.
How do I customize my product?
Personalization is done through laser engraving; you can add text or a symbol. Let us know what you'd like engraved, and we'll send you some suggestions for your confirmation. Make it memorable!
